NAOJ, LLC POLICY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN ITS ENTIRETY. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR APPOINTMENT IF POLICIES HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED.
Cancellation Policy
Here at NAOJ, LLC, there is a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you need to change your appointment, you may, as long as the time is available and at least 24 hours in advance. Your appointments are very important as they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that personal things come up and adjustments may be necessary. Cancellations within 24 hours are difficult to fill, which is why we have implemented this policy. When last minute notices are given, you are preventing other clients from being able to fit into that time slot.
Non-Cancellations (no-shows)
When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, you are automatically marked as a no-show. In order to book another appointment, you will be required to pay in full at time of booking your service which is non-refundable. After a second no-show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
Late Client Policy
We understand that life happens. If for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late to your appointment, PLEASE call! We work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each service. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disrupting other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware that if you do arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. Tardiness 15 or more minutes require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
Confirmations
Once your deposit has been paid, as a courtesy, you will receive an email to confirm your appointment date and time if we have your email on file, otherwise we will send a text. We do this in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget appointments. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
Re-Work Policy
At NAOJ, LLC, we stand behind our work 100%. If you happen to be dissatisfied for any reason, we ask that you contact us immediately (within 24 hours) so we can resolve any issues. If you call beyond this time, your service will no longer be considered a “redo” and charges may apply. We also ask that you refrain from trying to resolve it yourself or go to another salon as we will not be able to perform the complimentary rework appointment.
Child and Guest Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, children and guest are not allowed at your appointment. The appointment is for the "serviced client only". If you are accompanied by guest or children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Specialty Appointments
These appointments are defined as more advanced appointments that need to be scheduled for more than 2 hours. In order to reserve this type of appointment, payment in full must be deposited at the time of booking the appointment. A no call no show, will result in loss of the payment and no future appointments will be scheduled.
Prior to Your Appointment
Remove contact lens (wear glasses). Pull hair back securely off facial area (no damp hair) hair must be completely dry. NAOJ, LLC does not apply extensions over another technician’s work. If you have previous lash extensions on prior to your appointment, a removal appointment will be required. Removals start at $30.00. Have cleaned and washed eyes before your appointment. Free from any oils, mascara, makeup and left over lash glue. Soiled eyes/lashes require a lash bath starting at $15.00.
Payment Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS !!!!! Payment must be made in cash or negotiate with NAOJ, LLC before appointment. Pre-booking & prepay are the only options at this time. If a credit/debit, PayPal or non-cash transaction is used in any instance a $10.00 processing fee will be applied to your transaction. All deposits are applied towards your final balance, except those who are required to reschedule, cancel or no show in these instances you forfeit your deposit.
Traveling
Traveling will be priced depending upon your location (mileage/time).

Deposits are non refundable, but are "one time" transferrable if your appointment is rescheduled within the 24 hour NAOJ, LLC policy guidelines. The rescheduled appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days from the date of cancellation or you forfeit your deposit.
